At Styling Mrs Oliver, every item undergoes a rigorous three-stage vetting and checking process to ensure it leaves our warehouse in a condition that matches the listing—fit for purpose and of the best possible quality.

However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@stylingmrsoliver.com within 14 days of receiving your package.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The item is not as described or imaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is not fit for purpose

  • The item has a major fault not disclosed in the listing or images

  • The item cannot be replaced

If your return meets the above criteria and is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund once the item has been received back at our warehouse.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Items lost in transit (please ensure your delivery details are correct)
