We want your order to arrive quickly and safely. This page explains how we handle shipping — from processing times to delivery options and tracking. By placing an order with Styling Mrs Oliver, you agree to the shipping details outlined below. Every item, whether recycled, second-hand, or new, is carefully packed and sent with care. We also use eco-friendly and recycled packaging wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Products and Descriptions

We sell recycled, pre-owned, vintage, and recycled clothing. While we do our best to provide accurate descriptions and photographs, please note:

  • Items may show signs of previous wear.

    Measurements and colours may vary slightly due to lighting or display settings.

  • All items are sold "as-is."

Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

  • We accept payment through Squarespace Payments and PayPal.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Shipping and Delivery for Preloved Fashion

  • We ship locally within Australia only. International shipping coming soon.

  • Shipping times and fees vary depending on your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

  • Shipping within Australia

    We offer flat-rate Standard and Express delivery via Australia Post for all clothing, shoes, and accessories.

    Delivery Options:
    Standard Shipping — $10
    Delivered via Australia Post Parcel Post.
    Please allow 3–8 business days depending on your location.

    Express Shipping — $15
    Delivered via Australia Post Express.
    Please allow 1–3 business days for metro areas.

    You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

    Rural and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times

Returns and Refunds

Due to the unique nature of recycled clothing:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is significantly misrepresented.

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Print and Framing time frames:

  • Printing: 3–5 business days - place order by December 1st for Christmas delivery

    (print only, rolled & delivered in a tube)

  • Framing: 2–3 weeks - place order by 14th Nov for Christmas delivery

    (print framed in oak wood frame, wrapped & delivered in a box)

    Metro QLD, NSW, VIC: 3–5 business days
    Regional QLD, NSW, VIC, SA: 5–7 business days
