We are an online store for curated timeless preloved fashion, sustainable investment pieces and botanical fine art prints.
In these terms, we also refer to Styling Mrs Oliver as “our”, “we”, or “us”. And you are you!

These terms apply when you use this website, being stylingmrsoliver.com and any other websites we operate with the same domain name and a different extension (“Website”).
These terms also apply when you purchase our products through this Website (“Products”).

Once you place an Order, the terms accepted at the point of sale will apply to your purchase of those Products.

Part A — For When You Buy Products

Submitting an Order

By submitting an order for purchase of a Product using the Website’s functionality (“Order”) you represent and warrant that:

  • you have the legal capacity and are of sufficient age to enter into a binding contract with us; and

  • you are authorised to use the debit or credit card you provide with your Order.

Submitting an Order constitutes your intention and offer to enter into Part A of these terms (including Part C which you agreed to by using this Website) where we will provide you with the Products you have ordered in exchange for your payment of the total amount listed upon checkout.

Part A of these terms is not agreed between you and us until we have approved your payment and you receive an email from us confirming that your order is being processed.

Accounts

You may submit an Order as a guest or create an account (“Account”).
As part of the registration process, you may be required to provide personal details such as your name, email, address, and other contact or billing information.

You warrant that all information you provide is accurate, honest, and up-to-date.
We may suspend or cancel your Account if you do not comply with these terms or for any other reason upon notice.

Your Obligations and Disclaimers

Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all information you provide, including your delivery address and payment details, is correct at the time of placing your Order.
We are not responsible for any loss or delay caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Pre-loved and Consignment Products

Styling Mrs Oliver offers a curated selection of pre-loved fashion and botanical art prints, which may include products sourced from consignors or suppliers (“Consignor Products”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • pre-loved items may show signs of reasonable wear or age;

  • all condition grades, photos and descriptions are given in good faith;

  • minor variations in colour, texture or size do not constitute a defect;

  • Styling Mrs Oliver relies on information from consignors and cannot always independently verify authenticity unless stated; and

  • to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) except those required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Botanical Art Prints

Botanical prints are produced individually and may vary slightly in tone, colour, or finish.
Images on the Website are illustrative only.

Styling Mrs Oliver retains all intellectual property rights in its original artworks and designs. You obtain no licence or ownership beyond personal enjoyment of the purchased item.

Risk and Title

  • Title passes to you once full payment is received.

  • Risk (including loss, theft or damage) passes to you upon delivery.

  • Where products are shipped directly from a consignor or third party, our delivery obligation is fulfilled once handed to the carrier.

Timing and Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. postal, customs, or supplier issues).

Care and Handling

Products must be handled per the care instructions provided.
We are not liable for damage caused by mishandling or misuse after delivery.

Vouchers, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

Vouchers

  • Enter code at checkout to apply.

  • Non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be used retrospectively.

Gift Cards

  • Redeemable online only.

  • Not reloadable, transferable, or exchangeable for cash.

Payment

All prices are in AUD and may change prior to completing an Order.

  • Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude GST.

  • Card surcharges may apply.

  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Squarespace Payment).

  • We are not liable for performance of payment providers.

Pricing Errors

If we discover an error, we’ll notify you to confirm or cancel your order.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Afterpay and similar services may be available; their separate terms apply.

Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery costs are added at checkout.

  • We use standard and express shipping.

  • International orders may attract customs duties, payable by you.

Changes or Cancellations

  • By Us: We may cancel your order at any time and refund your payment.

  • By You: You may cancel before we confirm your order. Once confirmed, our refund/exchange policy applies.

Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Pre-loved items are sold “as is” and variations do not constitute defects.

Defective Products

If an item is defective:

  1. Contact us with photos/videos.

  2. Return the product for inspection (at your cost).

  3. If defective, we’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Intellectual Property

All design, packaging, and product IP remains the property of Styling Mrs Oliver or its licensors.

Third Party Terms

You may be subject to third-party terms from services we use (e.g. Squarespace).
If you reject those terms, we cannot process your order.

Part B — For When You Browse This Website

Access and Use

You must only use this Website in compliance with these terms and applicable law.

Your Obligations

You must not:

  • copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Website;

  • use it for illegal purposes;

  • interfere with site functionality; or

  • harm the reputation of Styling Mrs Oliver.

Warranties

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for your most recent Order.

We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages, except where required by law.

General

Governing Law: New South Wales, Australia
Waiver: Must be in writing.
Severance: Invalid terms are removed without affecting the remainder.
Assignment: Rights cannot be transferred without consent.
Entire Agreement: These terms represent the full agreement between us.

Notices

All notices must be sent via email to the addresses provided in this agreement.
Emails are considered delivered 24 hours after being sent unless proven otherwise.
