BUYING PRELOVED FASHION
1. Are all items authentic?
Yes, we verify each item before listing. Our team conducts thorough checks for authenticity, especially for designer and luxury pieces.
2. What condition are the items in?
Each item is carefully inspected and listed with a detailed condition rating:
Excellent - Items are in exceptional condition and appear unused.
Very Good - Gently Loved - Pieces show minimal wear and have been well cared for.
Good - Well Worn - Items show noticeable wear consistent with regular use.
Loved - with Character - Items show clear signs of wear and character.
In Need of TLC - These pieces may need repair or restoration.

3. Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 7 days for items that don’t match the description. We do not accept returns due to change of mind. See our Return Policy for details here
4. How do I know if something will fit me?
Each listing includes size details, measurements, and fit notes. We recommend comparing measurements with a similar item you already own.
5. Are items cleaned before shipping?
Yes, all items are cleaned, or sanitised before being shipped out, unless new with tags.
PRELOVED FASHION SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
6. How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes Standard post within Australia generally takes 2-5 business days for same-state delivery and 3-6 business days for interstate delivery. We also offer express shipping options at checkout.
7. Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time as we are just setting up shop. International shipping to selected countries will be coming soon.
8. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
SELLING YOUR ITEMS
9. How do I sell my items on your platform?
You can submit your preloved fashion items via our Consign With Us form. We review your submission and let you know the next steps.
10. What items do you accept?
We accept gently worn, clean, and authentic designer fashion items high-quality brands. We are not selling fast high street fashion.
11. How do I get paid?
Once your item sells and passes final inspection, you’ll receive payment via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/Store Credit] within [X] days.
12. Do you offer consignment or buyout?
No, we only offer consignment at this stage.

13. How long does the printing and framing take?
Each print is ‘made to order’ so the lead times are:
Printing: 3–5 business days (plus shipping)
Framing: 2–3 weeks (plus shipping)
14. What print sizes are available, framed and unframed?
A3
Print only: 29.7 × 42 cm (11.7 × 16.5 in)
Framed: 32.7 × 45 cm (12.9 × 17.7 in) - Tasmanian Oak (2cm wide x 4cm deep)
A2
Print only: 42 × 59.4 cm (16.5 × 23.4 in)
Framed: 45 × 62.4 cm (17.7 × 24.6 in) - Tasmanian Oak (2cm wide x 4cm deep)

15. How long does the shipping take?
Shipping:
Metro QLD, NSW, VIC: 3–5 business days
Regional QLD, NSW, VIC, SA: 5–7 business days
TAS, WA, NT, Rural & Remote Areas: 7–14 business days
Shipping time frames are in addition to production.
15. How much does the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for prints framed and unframed within Australia. We don’t ship internationally at this point however if you contact me for a commission directly, we can facilitate an international delivery at an extra cost. We will need full details from you to give you an accurate costing.

16. Do you do private commissions?
Yes, please contact me for more information and let’s arrange a chat.
17. Can I order custom sizes of the prints?
If this is a special order then we can work this out for sure, there might be an adjustment to the price.
18. Do you have any other prints?
We will be adding more to the print collection and also offering a ‘limited edition’ collection soon.

17. Why shop preloved fashion?
It’s sustainable, affordable, and gives beautiful items a second life—plus you can find unique or vintage pieces no longer in stores!
18. How do I know if an item is still available?
If it’s visible on the site and not marked “Sold,” it’s available. However, items are first come, first served.
19. Can I reserve or hold an item?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer holds to keep things fair for all customers.
